FAQ's and Terms Of Service

As the name implies, ALL DAY BEACH offers luxury beach setups for your enjoyment ALL DAY. We will set up as early as you want to arrive, and our latest breakdown is 30 min past sunset (10:00 PM if your set-up includes Beach Bon Fire Service).

Currently, ALL DAY BEACH services the La Jolla Shores Beach area. For service outside of La Jolla Shores, please call, and if we are able to accommodate, we will (usually based on the availability of equipment and staff).

Booking a reservation is easy at www.ALLDAYBEACH.com. Simply select the desired package and the day and time. You will be emailed a confirmation at the time of booking. On the day of your reservation, you will be sent a photo of your setup and a physical location description. Placement on the beach will be determined based on the tide heights to ensure you do not end up underwater. A "Pin" drop will also be sent to you via text once your set-up is complete.

Hey, it happens...just let us know, and we will give you a 30 minute grace period after your planned arrival time. Afterwards you will incur a $20.00 fee for each 30 minute interval up to 2 hours to hold the set-up.  Clients who are “no shows” will be charged the full price for the service plus hold fees, and the set-up will be packed in 2 hours after scheduled start time.

You will receive a full refund on reservations canceled 72 hours in advance of the event. Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance but more than 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund of the total fee paid. Alternatively, a "rain check” on cancellation less than 72 hours in advance can be accommodated but must be utilized prior to the end of the 2023 Season (October 15, 2023). Day of Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of scheduled service are non-refundable.

Should you need to leave earlier than your scheduled departure, just text or email us. We will be there typically within 30 minutes or reply. Please note that in the terms and conditions of our service, clients are responsible for all the equipment during the contracted service period. Please do not leave the equipment unattended.

Prior to your service, we will inquire about food for your event. All Day Beach will deliver your set-up from several local restaurants throughout the day. We can also have snacks and refreshments ready for you upon your arrival. A list of restaurants and eateries will be furnished upon request.

You bet! From coffee and doughnuts for the early birds to pizza or sandwiches mid-day, we can provide several options from some of the most popular local restaurants and have it waiting for you upon arrival to greet your group.  This service is separate from set-up and equipment rental, and order must be received 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time time.

ALL DAY BEACH keeps a limited amount of soft boards and boogie boards on hand for rental. Check the TOY BOX for board sizes and other beach equipment.

Of course we can arrange surf lessons for you! There is a licensed surf school that sets up right on site.

Certified Assistance Animals are allowed and welcome for those who need them. If you bring your family pet to the beach outside of the designated hours, the lifeguards will ask you to remove your pet.

Alcohol is prohibited on beaches throughout San Diego County and is subject to a fine. ALL DAY BEACH is not permitted to provide, serve or have alcohol in our coolers.

*If you are caught with alcohol, you may be asked to leave by the police.  Please note that in the terms and conditions of our service, clients are responsible for all the equipment during the contracted service period. Please do not leave the equipment unattended. Contact All Day Beach immediately if this should occur.

Due to recent laws passed in San Diego, wood bonfires are no longer permitted outside the existing fire rings. City fire rings are first come first serve. All Day Beach offers propane fuel burning pits which don't produce any smoke, provide a consistent flame size and temperature, and are still ideal for roasting s'mores.
