How Does it Work?
Just select the desired Set-Up Package. You can add on items from the TOY BOX as well. Next, select the ZONE (1,2,3, or 4) you would like to be set up in. Then select the day and your desired arrival (See HOURS for details). The All Day Beach Crew will deliver the set-up, assemble it and return to pick it up at your departure time. If you have a larger party or require something outside of our standard offerings, just submit an inquiry via info@alldaybeach.com and we’ll help you with a CUSTOM package and quote.
Hours
Beach Set-Ups: We can set up as early as you would like to begin your beach day, and you may use the Beach Set-Up until 30 minutes past sunset.
Reservations & Cancellations
You can book on our website. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. We will connect you with our team by text prior to the day of your reservation. You can reschedule, amend or cancel up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to your reservation time. Cancellations before the 3-day mark will be refunded. If we determine significant wind or rain will impact your day, we will offer to reschedule or credit for future use.
Arrival/Departure
Arrival Time: We require guests to arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled start so our team can meet other obligations. Late fees: $20 at 30 minutes after start time; $20 every 30 min thereafter up to a maximum of 2 hours past the original scheduled start time. Departure: Our team will return at your scheduled departure time. Guests must wait to depart until the host returns. If you’d like to leave early, we require a minimum of 30 minutes notice so the host can return.
Weather
If we determine significant winds or rain will adversely impact your beach day, we will offer the option to reschedule or hold the reservation as a credit to be used at a later date.
Set Up Capacity
Each set-up has a recommended number of guests to ensure the best and most comfortable experience. Recommended Set-Up capacities are below:
- Day Tripper: seats 2
- Lazy Sunbather: seats 4-6
- The Shore Shack: seats 8-10
